Anyone else feel like Toronto landlords are starting to “Airbnb-proof” their leases?

Just toured a 1-bed in Roncy and the landlord had a three-paragraph clause about absolutely no short-term rentals not even “guests” staying longer than 10 days without written permission. I’ve seen stuff like this before, but it feels like it's becoming standard now?

Another unit I looked at in Leslieville asked for a full social media scan before they’d even consider my application (to make sure I wasn’t “advertising a side hustle or sublet”).
