Apartment Won't Give Me My Refund
Location: Florida Hello, I had applied for an apartment back in August and there was this whole thing where apparently there was a glitch in the system and we lost our apartment. They promised us a refund for our application fees and administration fees and it would arrive in 30 business days. After 30 business days had passed I called them asking where it was and they said it would now be 45 business days. After 45 business days passed I went in person and asked where it is and they said they don't know it hasn't updated. I ended up leaving and during this process I have been trying to contact corporate but they refuse to respond and they don't have an email just a form online you can fill out. What can I do now to get this refund? This was in August and it's now October and I'm tired of being patient with them.
