My friend is looking for a place in SLC and she found this listing link, she went to see it and was approached by a indian man in his 30s with very broken english saying he was planning on using as a place to sleep in during weekdays and staying at another home outside of the city during the weekend. Also mentioned that the unit was completely empty and brand new, when she asked why he said it's because he just bought it and hasn't had time to furnish it yet. Rent is slightly higher than usual for the area so that won't be a red flag, unit was shown to my friend. Tried to find information on Zillow but there's multiple houses listed under the address so I'm confused on what's going on with that. Not sure if I should post it on here or hide it for privacy reasons, let me know. Hasn't been pressured to pay for anything but something about the story just seems off, I would appreciate other's people's opinion.
