House Rental with Conservice Utilities

Hello, most of the posts I've seen so far are people in either buildings or complexes, where Conservice is figuring out the usage etc. Does anyone have experience with Conservice when it comes to a house? I'm hoping/assuming that it will be ok since there is one meter on the property etc. Thanks in advance. Just wondering. 🙂
